Haybrook IT prides itself on the quality of service we provide to both our candidates and clients, and much of our business is gained via personal recommendations. Skilled people always seem to know other skilled people, and word of mouth advertising is important to us. In recognition of this support, our candidate referral scheme is designed to reward you for your efforts and loyalty.
How does it work?
Recommend a friend or colleague to Haybrook IT whom we go on to place in either a permanent or contract capacity,
or
Simply tell us about a vacancy that we go on to fill,
and we will send you a cheque……….it’s that simple!
How much do we pay you?
For every candidate you refer to us whom we go on to place in either a permanent or contract role, you’ll receive £500. Also, if as a result of the market information you give us, we go on to successfully fill a permanent or contract vacancy, you will receive a further £500 on the day the candidate starts.
How do I start earning money?
To refer a friend to Haybrook IT, you should get the person you want to refer to us to send their CV by email, or to register through our website.
In the email with their CV, they should write ‘I was referred by (your name & email address).’ This information is also required if registering through our website.
When the person completes their probation period (generally 3 months) in their new job, we will send you your £500.
For referring vacancies, you simply need to give us as much information as you can about an IT vacancy that you are aware of. This could be following an interview that you were not successful for, a job offer you have decided to turn down, or a position arising with your current employer that you are aware of. All information will be treated in the strictest of confidence, so all you have to do is phone or email us with any relevant information!
Assuming we then go on to fill that vacancy, we will send you £500 on the day the candidate starts.
Please do note that to be eligible for a referral award, you need to be registered with us yourself already.
There is no limit to the number of candidates or vacancies you can refer - the more you refer, the more money you make! We look forward to hearing from you.
